- Tebex transaction reference for purchase enquiries.
Remove private data
Review logs before sending them. Do not share passwords, tokens, license keys, database credentials or player personal data. Do not publish a complete server.cfg file.
Remote access and passwords are not an initial requirement for support.
Scope
Support concerns documented resource behavior. Each product page sets its specific conditions. Custom development and external integrations require a separate agreement.
